First of all I AM NOT CHRIS SLEDGE
I placed an order for boots ($50 shipping, which was ridiculous but my son wanted these.) The ONLY
reason I placed this order with a third party is because they said they re out of California NOT CHINA. My son passed away December 24th. After The holidays i immediately contacted both companies to process a refund. Stonenvy immediately told me I would have to go through kmA.specials1....I have been trying ever since. PayPal actually refunded me the money and then kmA.specials LIED TO THEM and said they were waiting on the return which they sent a prepaid postage. So the charge was applied again. THEY WON'T EVEN GIVE ME AN ADDRESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have escalated this with PayPal credit and they are appalled that nothing has been done. As far as I am concerned Storenvy is just as responsible for representing such a despicable company.

Shoes not same color of website advertised
Below is an illustration of the shoe you sent me verses what is in your website. I have attempted to get a label to return your shoes and to no avail I was not successful. This is my forth attempt to get this matter corrected. I am so disappointed in how you are handling your customers through no mistake of my own. The shoes more blue than grey.

Has anyone had any experience with Iasumi store? I want to order a backpack, sent them a message asking a question but didnt get a response.
I ordered a kigurumi from this store two weeks before xmas. Got a shipping notification two weeks ago, still says "label created, not in system" store owner does not answer any emails. Will be contacting paypal to reverse charges tomorrow.

Your best bet is to pay close attention to the reviews for the seller. Much like Amazon or Etsy or eBay, each seller is responsible for their store and the things they sell in it - which means some things are going to be fabulous and some won't be. So check the reviews and make sure you know that the seller you're trying has a solid reputation with their buyers and consistently delivers a good quality product.

Each seller is independent within the site. I never got a response from Storenvy customer service, so Paypal refunded my $. So you take your chances. Ebay will refund if the item is not as described or pictured. Also look at where the item ships from, if it's China, it could take 2 weeks and more.

Prom girl any store based in the US, Also Macy's and Jcpenny China makes prom dresses very cheaply made and store envy is fake.

Honestly I wouldn't risk it. I was lied to they sent me a totally different item that was a knock off and wouldn't refund my money. Complete waste of money I can't even resell it.

Just like Etsy or Amazon, Storenvy isn't a single seller, it's a site featuring shops hosted by a network of different sellers. My advice would be to check out the information on the page of the particular seller you're looking at. Look at their feedback and their shipping timelines, and that should give you a better idea of what to expect. Most of the sellers there are fantastic, but it's always best to do research before buying from a new person :)

A: I would not risk it, because most clothing stores on storenvy are scammers and very rarely do you get a response to a question you may have because storenvy does not send the merchants a notification that they have a message or a comment about their products.

It depends on the seller, honestly. Look at their ratings, and if you have questions, ask them directly. Storenvy works the same way as Etsy, Ebay, and Amazon seller accounts - so how good an experience will be depends not on the site but on the individual seller.
